My first contact with Melanie was the New York Times obituary! I was awed and set it aside. It was a gift to find a link to the memorial service — which was transformative.

I learned so much. Have so much reading and catching up to do. Special thanks to  Roni for reading that beautiful poem, “PD and the B Side.” Would like to suggest that the tributes be compiled into a little book.

Thank you for sharing her life. My condolences to Leslie and Roni and sympathy to all who are suffering her loss.
